The terms we work under.

Estimates
We do free estimates, always included. We inspect the roof, take photos, and send you a written quote the same day. The quote holds for 30 days.
What can change your price
The quoted price can change only if we find rotten decking after tear-off. That is billed per sheet at cost.
Scheduling and weather
We schedule after you pay the 10% deposit. Weather delays push the date but do not change the price.
Payment
We take a 10% deposit when you book, and the rest on completion. You can pay by card, check or ACH.
Workmanship warranty
You get a 10-year workmanship warranty from us. It covers our labor and installation. It transfers once if you sell the home. It does not cover storm damage.
Manufacturer warranty
GAF System Plus covers the shingles for 50 years. We register the warranty for you after install.
Insurance claims
We meet the adjuster on site, document the damage with photos, and handle the claim from inspection to final install. We do not promise that your insurer will approve the claim.
Access and safety
We need driveway access for equipment and clear space around the house. Please move vehicles and keep children and pets indoors while the crew is on site.
Cancellation
You can cancel for free before we order materials. After that, you pay for materials already ordered.
Limits of liability
Our liability is limited to the contract price. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions we documented and disclosed to you, or for consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Insured and bonded.
